By accessing, registering for, subscribing to, or using OneStep AI System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable policies referenced herein.

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

For purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Company: OneStep AI System, its affiliates, successors, and authorized representatives.
• Platform: The web portals, dashboards, tools, APIs, mobile interfaces, and related software operated by the Company.
• User: Any person who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• Customer: A paying User, business account, or organization subscribing to Services.
• Services: AI-powered CRM and associated software modules made available by the Company.
• Subscription: A recurring or fixed-term paid plan granting access to defined feature sets and usage limits.
• Account: A registered profile created to access protected Platform features, billing, and support.

You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms and that the entity will be responsible for compliance.

The Company reserves the right to refuse access where eligibility, legal compliance, or account authenticity cannot be verified.

To access certain Services, you must create an Account and provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials, controlling Account access, and ensuring all activity under your Account remains authorized and lawful.

You must promptly notify the Company of any suspected unauthorized use, security breach, or credential compromise.

Features, modules, usage limits, and technical capabilities may evolve, be upgraded, restructured, or discontinued from time to time to improve performance, security, and compliance.

Paid Services are offered through subscription plans with clearly defined pricing, billing cycles, and included feature scopes.

• Billing may be monthly, quarterly, annual, or as otherwise agreed.
• All charges are payable in advance unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Applicable taxes, including GST, may be added as required by law.
• Accepted payment methods may include cards, bank transfer, UPI, and approved payment gateways.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.
• Late or failed payments may incur service restrictions and delayed feature access.

The Company may suspend or limit Services for unpaid invoices until outstanding dues are settled.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started and Services have been provisioned.

Any exception, credit, or refund request may be evaluated at the Company’s discretion based on plan terms, support records, and applicable law.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment channel subject to gateway timelines and compliance checks.

You agree to use the Platform responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party policies.

• Maintain lawful contact data and campaign practices.
• Obtain required consents before messaging, emailing, or automation triggers.
• Secure your own connected systems and endpoint credentials.
• Ensure user-generated content does not infringe rights or violate law.

You are solely responsible for operational decisions, communications, and outcomes produced through your configured workflows.

You must not, directly or indirectly:

• Use Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activities.
• Transmit malware, spam, phishing content, or unauthorized promotional traffic.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass Platform security mechanisms.
• Exploit Services in a manner that harms network stability or other users.
• Misrepresent affiliation with the Company or misuse brand assets.

Violation may lead to immediate account action, including suspension or termination.

All Platform software, architecture, interfaces, trademarks, content design, and proprietary technology are owned by or licensed to OneStep AI System and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to valid subscription and compliance with these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for internal business purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected assets without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

The Company’s aggregate liability related to Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the applicable subscription period giving rise to the claim.

Certain jurisdictions may restrict specific liability exclusions; where such restrictions apply, liability is limited to the greatest extent legally permitted.

The Company aims to provide stable and reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation.

Planned maintenance, emergency fixes, security upgrades, external API outages, and network disruptions may affect availability or response times.

The Company may modify infrastructure, release cycles, and support windows in pursuit of performance and security improvements.

Services may interoperate with third-party platforms and APIs including, without limitation, Google Services, Meta Platforms, WhatsApp Cloud API, payment gateways, and additional ecosystem providers.

Use of third-party services is subject to those providers’ own terms, policies, technical constraints, and availability.

The Company is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing updates, account restrictions, or API limitations outside its direct control.

The collection, usage, storage, and protection of personal and operational data are governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to data processing practices described in that policy and acknowledge responsibilities related to lawful data collection in your business operations.

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms & Conditions, violate applicable law, or create security or compliance risk.

You may terminate your subscription according to the cancellation workflow and notice terms applicable to your plan.

Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations or rights accrued prior to termination.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable dispute-resolution requirements, courts having jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive authority over disputes arising out of or related to these terms.

The Company may update or revise these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect legal, operational, product, or compliance changes.

Updated terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
